Prayers for Children: Bedtime and Otherwise is a book written for all children. 

I think we all can agree, prayer is needed now more than ever, especially with our current climate. Not only to give us a sense of strength but to arm ourselves with peace as we go about our daily to day activities.

But what about our kids? Praying is also important for them as well. They also need to feel empowered in todays world as they deal with their own unique set of circumstances and situations relevant to today’s climate. 

It’s so important to begin early with our children by teaching them to pray daily, helping them to appreciate talking to God, and learning to understand that He is the giver of all life and alone is the Author and Finisher of our Faith.

We want our children to always know that God is with them and to seek his face continually with unceasing prayer. As they get to know God, our children come to realize that He strengthens us, guides us and directs our path! What a wonderful blessing it is to know that–knowing who we are and who’s we are in Christ!

For it is “in him we live and move and have our being” (Acts 17:28) 🙌
